Detailed description of goods and/or services
MANCOSA is a private business in the education industry that provides online learning courses.
Delivery policy
Subject to the availability of the course and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 7 (seven) days and delivery confirmed by way of email. (e.g., booking number, booking voucher, etc.) and must mention the use of courier and/or postal services and associated costs, if applicable.
Export restriction
The offering on this website is available to South African clients/users only.
Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by MANCOSA is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, MANCOSA refund will refund the client in full within 30(thirty) days. Cancellation of orders by the client will be subject to a 50 % administration fee.
Customer Privacy policy
Mancosa shall take all reasonable steps and employ measures to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA) and the Personal Information Act 4 of 2013. The Act may be downloaded from: http://www.lawsofsouthafrica.up.ac.za/index.php/current-legislation.
Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa or MasterCard.
Card acquiring and security
Card transactions for MANCOSA will be processed by PayGate (Pty) Ltd., an approved payment gateway for all South African acquiring banks. PayGate employs the most stringent type of encryption, Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3), and no credit card information is retained on the website. Users can access their security certificate and security policy at www.paygate.co.za.
Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Mancosa separately from the card details entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more information on PayGate please refer to www.paygate.co.za.
Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
South Africa is the merchant outlet country when payment alternatives are shown to the cardholder. The South African Rand (ZAR) will be the transaction currency.
Responsibility
MANCOSA takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction, including the sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution, and delivery of goods.
