This course aims to equip healthcare workers with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively digitise administrative processes in a modern healthcare practice.
Participants will gain practical insights on the benefits of digitalisation, explore technological tools and platforms, and learn effective practices for implementing and managing digital administration systems.

Dr Nancy Obor is a medical Specialist with expertise in paediatrics and child health, who had run a successful private practice offering specialized newborn and child health services for over 18 years in Johannesburg.
In recent years, Dr. Nancy Obor made a deliberate choice to transition her career and pursue new opportunities. Instead of sticking to the same path indefinitely, she embraced the role of a Digital Transformation Strategist and consultant in the healthcare industry. Her primary focus now revolves around offering guidance and spearheading digital transformation efforts within the healthcare sector.
Her past experience includes : Member of the Joint Academic Staff at University of Witwatersrand Medical School Complex, involved in teaching undergraduate Medical and Dental students, Registrars and Nursing staff and assisting in various research projects, co-authored a paper on the effects of the confluence of tuberculosis and HIV in young children titled; “Vasculopathy of large arteries in children infected with Human Immune deficiency virus”.
Non-Executive Director at Morningside Mediclinic, providing oversight, governance, and strategic planning for the company, with a focus on operational efficiency, financial integrity, and stakeholder engagement.
